6. Returns and Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted in line with UK consumer law.
  • Custom-made, hot tubs, swim spas, ice baths, saunas or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation and are not eligible for refund.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.

7. Warranty

  • All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, details of which will be provided at purchase.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
